New customers can fill out our join form to start earning 1 point for every dollar spent. Higher earning tiers are available based on spend and for members of our Windy City Cannabis Club (WCCC).

We now offer both cash back and free product rewards. Customers can choose how to use their rewards however they want!

Do I have to sign up?

If you are a new customer, YES! Fill out our join form to start earning on your very first purchase. Customers who shopped at any Windy City location prior to 5/1/24 are automatically opted in.

How do customers redeem rewards?

All reward points and other perks will show up in your digital wallet online and in the app. When you come to the store you just let us know what rewards you want to redeem.

What happened to my old points?

All Dutchie loyalty points expired on 4/30/24 and can no longer be redeemed

Our loyal customers will be rewarded at higher earning levels based on these spending tiers: Dabbler – Earn 1pt per $1 spent Everyone starts out here! Enthusiast – Earn 2pt per $1 spent Spend $750 in a calendar month If you reach the Enthusiast tier, you will earn 2x points every day for the next month. If you do not meet the spend requirement in the next month, you will go back to earning at the Dabbler level.

Redemption of Points

Once you've earned enough loyalty points, you can redeem them for discounts or rewards on future purchases. Simply let our staff know that you want to use your loyalty points at the time of checkout, and they'll apply the appropriate discount to your purchase. The more points you accumulate, the more you'll save!

If you reach the Enthusiast tier, you will earn 2x points every day for the next month. If you do not meet the spend requirement in the next month, you will go back to earning at the Dabbler level.

By joining you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by Windy City Cannabis and their authorized third-party agents and licensees in accordance with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Privacy Practices.
Only adults 21 and over and qualified patients in the State of Illinois may participate in the Windy City Cannabis Rewards Program or Windy City Cannabis Club Subscription.
Participation in the Windy City Cannabis Rewards Program or Windy City Cannabis Club Subscription constitutes acceptance of all program rules.
You will earn one Reward Point for every dollar spent.
Windy City Rewards Points and Club Subscriptions are non-transferable.
Windy City Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash and Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Windy City Cannabis Rewards Points begin to accumulate when you join the program and complete your first purchase.
Windy City Cannabis Rewards Points will expire 90 days after earning.
Windy City Cannabis reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a member’s point balance and rewards if any unauthorized points are earned or redeemed, or if there is any unauthorized use of the program.
Windy City Cannabis reserves the right to modify or cancel the Windy City Cannabis Rewards Program or Windy City Cannabis Club Subscription at any time and without notice.
